Our founding team didn't start Sunrise on a whim. Every one of us came from other MSPs in the region, and every one of us hit the same wall: businesses being treated like invoice line items instead of partners.

Nope. Our managed plans are month-to-month by default, and we earn your business every single month. No lock-ins, no cancellation penalties. That said, we do offer deeper discounts for clients who choose longer-term agreements. But they're never required. We keep you because you want to stay, not because you have to.

How quickly can you get started?

For most businesses, we can begin onboarding within a week of signing up. We start with a thorough assessment of your current environment, then implement changes gradually with zero disruption to your team. We keep you informed and in the loop the entire time, so you always know exactly what's happening and what's coming next.

What if we just need one-time help?

Do you serve businesses outside the Niagara Region?
